In memory of his younger brother Richard, Brian Kemball-Cook wrote Mountaineering with Richard, an account of their climbing days together, largely in the playground of the Alps in the years leading up the the Second World War.

The book was produced for private distribution to members of the family, but copies are available for anyone with an interest in the period.

The book is illustrated with his contemporary photographs taken with a box Brownie, is hand-sewn and beautifully bound in midnight blue cloth. The title page is shown opposite.
